1. Current Payment Status
Paid checkout, paid subscriptions, fixed-term passes, and lifetime licences have not yet been enabled through this website. Because saveforge.net cannot process paid checkout yet, there is no current website purchase to cancel or refund, no current refund-eligibility condition for an active website purchase, and no cancellation or refund fee imposed by this website. See Payment Notice before responding to a third-party payment request that mentions Saveforge.
2. Future 15-Day Refund Window
Under the current Refund Policy, a future Saveforge payment made through saveforge.net may be refunded within 15 days of the transaction when the buyer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or the paid product has a material issue, cannot be used as described, or materially differs from the published offer.
This policy applies to future one-time purchases, fixed-term passes, subscription charges, renewal transactions, licence access, downloads, or other electronically delivered entitlements sold through saveforge.net.
3. Review and Timing
A refund request is eligible when submitted within the 15-day refund window with enough transaction detail for the seller to identify the order. Outside that window, a transaction may still be reviewed for duplicate charge, clear billing or pricing error, unauthorised payment, failure to receive paid digital access, or a material technical issue that prevents access. Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method where the payment provider supports that route.
4. Future Paid Digital Delivery
Future Paid Digital Delivery terms must identify the delivery method, access timing, product entitlement, supported platforms, and any material technical limits before checkout. The seller may use reasonable fulfilment records to confirm whether paid digital access was delivered and whether a product issue materially prevents use.
5. Identify the Seller
For any previous checkout, follow the seller and policy shown at that checkout. Review the checkout confirmation and payment receipt. The seller shown on the receipt is the seller of record responsible for the transaction. Also note the exact product name, purchase date, amount, currency, transaction identifier, access period, and renewal status.
6. Requesting a Review
For a future payment made through saveforge.net, use the support route shown at checkout or email support@saveforge.net within 15 days of the transaction. Provide the checkout email, transaction identifier, date, product, amount, and whether the request is based on change of mind, a product issue, or a product result that does not match the published offer. Redact unrelated personal or payment information.
Nothing in these Terms or policies excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and payment-provider rights, privacy, intellectual-property, chargeback, or dispute rights.
